History

Incorporated in 1979, Valmetal inc. is a Canadian manufacturing company specializing in design, fabrication and distribution of feeding equipment for dairy farms and beef producers.

Our goal is to provide diary farmers and beef producers with innovative and reliable equipment to mechanize and automate the chore of processing and distributing feed to their herds. Originally a machine shop, we first started with the fabrication of custom made machinery and parts for other industries. In 1983, Valmetal changed its focus and began designing, manufacturing and distributing its own line of equipment.

Today, with more than 90 hardworking, dedicated and experienced employees and over 182,500 sq.ft.(16 960 sq.mt.)of manufacturing and warehousing facilities, Valmetal is considered to be amongst the most important Canadian farm feeding equipment manufacturer in North America.

Our products are distributed all over Canada, in over twenty states in the USA, in some parts of Asia and Europe, through a select dealership network. All Valmetal dealers are customer orientated and are recognized for their after sales service. Furthermore, to enhance its responsiveness to American customers, Valmetal owns and operates a distribution center in Wisconsin, USA.
