MODEL 6000- 14" BELT FEEDER/CONVEYOR

This feeder/conveyor unit is a perfect blend of BADGER know-how, strength and common sense. It uses a combination of a 14" belt and a one or two-sided plow to feed either left or right. The simple design powers both the belt and plow with only 1 power source without the need for a reversing switch. BADGER also offers a "MULTI-PEN" select feeding system that allows you to batch feed, saving feed cost and maximizing milk production. This system incorporates the use of a second drive motor and electronic control box for the plow providing the operator with total control over feeding needs.
Multi-pen controller allows the 6000 Conveyor/Feeder to deliver various feed rations to different pens.
Snub roller design keeps slippage to a minimum.
8 1/2" diameter drive roll with heavy lagging for positive belt drive
